Engine Cooling Fans (ECF)

Assembly lines of high technological content equipped with palletised transport and manual and automatic assembly stations. Implementation of special technologies for the magnetization of elements, parts’ welding, dosing, and functional testing of the processed components. Many product variants associated with a system configuration capable of guaranteeing manual changeover and short retooling times. Cycle time: 18 s/pcs.

Tubular Motors

Automatic lines made up of robotised cells one another connected by a palletised conveying system. Assembly processes entailing operations of high precision and control. High productivity, sturdiness, and reliability over time.

Safety/ Industrial Switchgears

Automatic assembly lines based on robotized solutions for the parts’ assembly and stations to test the processed components’ function. Many product variants combined with a very flexible equipment configuration and almost zero times for retooling. Very short cycle times.

Magnetic Cores

Equipment configuration composed of two rotary tables on which the automatic stations to assemble the magnetic cores are positioned. The components are fed by dedicated feeding devices, while camera vision systems are deployed to check the components throughout the process’ critical steps. Cycle time: 3.6 s/pc.
